I'm Krystal, the business coach, and photographer behind Solid Rock. I see you over there, you’re working your butt off, trying to juggle all the aspects of running a business, while not pulling your hair out.
I get it, I've been there.
I know wearing all the hats gets exhausting - trust me. I’m a self-taught photographer with a background in business, who now has 10+ years of business under her belt.
I was just like you at one point in time, until I realized I needed to stop doing it all alone - since then, I’ve turned my photography business into a 6-figure wedding and lifestyle photo/video powerhouse. Rest assured, I don't just talk the talk, I also walk the walk. I'm right in the trenches with you, friend.
When I'm not helping small business owners like you take on the world, you can find me in the garden or traveling the world (I even have a tattoo of birds on my forearm, one bird for each country I have visited!)

I love me some beach volleyball - let's be real, volleyball in general is a win. I also coach Men's volleyball at a local high school!
Pitty's are my fav, I've helped for years with local rescues to rehabilitate a breed that most fear. They are just big snuggle bums!
I've been to 10 countries and feel like I've hardly seen the world. My fav, hands down, is Costa Rica - it's my second home.

Yes! I love helping photographers start off on the right foot and build a solid fountain right off the get-go! (Trust me, it will save you 10 years of trial and error!)
While some of my offers are better suited for those who have been in the industry for 1-3 years, anyone with the right attitude and determination can benefit.
For those brand new to the business, I would suggest starting with an "Ask Me Anything" to get a head start without feeling overwhelmed. From there, I can get a better idea of what is right for you.

Both! My 1:1 and group coaching is mainly online, but I also offer in-person workshops!

For my 1:1 and group coaching offers, the process always starts with you filling out my contact form or joining the waitlist.
From there you will be sent an online questionnaire, once submitted, I get back to you, and we will set up a consultation call to get to know each other a little bit better. I want to make sure that we are the perfect fit and that you feel 100% confident about your decision before we get started!
If we are both ready to get started, I'll have you fill out a contract and get a payment plan set up and then boom! We dive into your business and get the ball rolling.
Consultation calls are not required for Ask Me Anything Sessions, or for Group Workshops.

Great question! If you feel like you’re throwing ideas at the wall but nothing is sticking, you know very little about the business side of things, or you generally feel like you’re drowning (when really you just want to create) then NOW is a perfect time.

I get it, running a business, a household, and having time for yourself isn't easy, which is why I wanted to make this as easy as possible.
All lessons are pre-recorded and under an hour, so you can watch them whenever you have time in between our coaching calls, which are bi-weekly and will be an hour in length.
As for homework, most students put in a few hours a week but you are welcome to put in more if you have the time.
