I recommend keeping this team small, as it’s better to have a good flow with one or two people than change it every wedding and not know how each other works. Trust me, your results for your clients will be better this way.

Equip yourself with reliable and high-quality gear. Knowing that your equipment is up to the task can provide peace of mind and reduce anxiety.  Protect the precious moments you capture by regularly backing up your photos throughout the day. Have multiple memory cards and backup storage devices to prevent any potential loss. This precautionary measure will not only secure your work but also provide peace of mind.

8. Set realistic expectations.

Manage the couple's expectations by being transparent about what you can deliver. Avoid overcommitting, and make sure the couple understands the limitations of the chosen venue, weather conditions, or other potential challenges. Setting realistic expectations can help alleviate pressure on both parties.
